Mr. Leirvik is founder and President of RKL Enterprises. He brings a broad based set of business skills with stock exchange and private company experience, having been a Director, CEO President and Vice President of a number of consumer and industrial product companies. Mr. Leirvik's experience includes industrial and retail marketing, worldwide distribution and purchasing, and state-of-the-art manufacturing experience in CNC machining, stamping, casting, injection molding, extruding, cold heading, powder coating, plating, packaging and assembly. He is currently a Director and non-executive Chairman of Leather Resources of America, Inc., The C.E. White Co. and Willow-Hill Industries. He is also a Director of an AMEX company. Previously, Mr. Leirvik was CEO and President of RB&W Corp., Executive Vice President and General Manager of Moen Inc., and Vice President of Crane Co. Mr. Leirvik began his career with Chrysler Corporation, progressing to several senior executive positions. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University. |
