Professionals

Many of our investment leads come from lawyers, accountants and other professionals seeking to help their clients in search of equity capital. We welcome such leads, and we are keenly sensitive to a referring professional’s desire to retain relationships following an investment by our firm. We at Austin Capital pledge to work with referring professionals post-closing wherever possible, and will clarify the anticipated ongoing role of all referring professionals prior to pursuing any investment opportunity. We make an exception to this policy only for our legal work related to the actual transaction.

Intermediaries

The principals of Austin Capital welcome leads on prospective investment opportunities and will pay reasonable referral fees to intermediaries. Fees are paid on a contingent basis and are negotiated in writing at the time the referral is made.
