Douglas J. McGregor
Mr. McGregor recently completed an assignment as President and Chief Operating Officer of Burlington Industries under which he supervised the restructuring and turnaround of the company. Mr. McGregor is the retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of M.A. Hanna Company Inc., a chemical, rubber, and plastics manufacturer with over $2.5 billion in revenue. He was employed with M.A. Hanna since 1988, when he was hired as a Senior Vice President of Operations.
Prior to M.A. Hanna, Mr. McGregor was employed by Rockwell International from 1973 to 1988, where he held several senior management positions, including Group Executive and President of their light vehicles components business. Prior to joining Rockwell, he held several management positions with the Ford Motor Company.
Mr. McGregor attended the University of Michigan (B.A.) and Eastern Michigan University (M.B.A.).
