Darrell W. Austin, Managing General Partner
Mr. Austin has been actively involved in mergers, acquisitions and capital investing activities for more than twenty years. He has worked on numerous middle market transactions as lender, financial advisor, and principal. Mr. Austin previously worked at Citicorp, as a Vice President in the Leveraged Capital Group and Citicorp Investment Bank. Currently, Mr. Austin is a Director of The C.E. White Co.; Westny Building Products Company; Southern Mill Creek Products of Ohio, Inc.; Vanner, Incorporated; and Leather Resources of America, Inc. He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University (B.A.) and The Carroll School of Management at Boston College (M.B.A.).
